- We provide 90 minutes of free waiting time from the aircraft's actual landing time. If your flight is delayed, waiting time is calculated from the actual landing time, so you can use the service without worrying about arrival delays.
- How far in advance should I make a reservation?
- Reservations by the day before departure are generally sufficient. Same-day requests may also be accommodated when you contact us early.
- Can you provide a child seat?
- Yes, we can provide one. Please let us know when making your reservation.
- Are expressway and parking fees included?
- In general, expressway and parking fees are included in the contracted price. No separate payment is required.
